The much awaited release of Prithviraj - Indrajith starrer ‘City of God’ is postponed once again. The film that was due on March 9 was pushed to this Friday March 11. But even the new date has not worked for the film.

Now the responsible people say ‘City of God’ will be released only in April after the world cup cricket frenzy dies down. The film has got a clean ‘U’ certificate from the censors. Director Lijo Jose Pellissery assures the film is for the entire family audiences.

‘City of God’, scripted by Babu Janardhanan tells the story of the life of Tamil migrant workers in Kerala who are constantly living in fear of land mafia and criminals. The story also has three women, arvathy, Rima, Swetha and Priyanka, who accidentally find a leading goonda as their Saviour.
